There are other applications for Hurricane Compressors natural gas products, such as coal bed methane and tight structures, but their primary function is gas gathering. The smallest unit is based upon the MonoBlock™ concept first developed in 1967 and continuously used since then for small, efficient, and robust compression applications. Well gas is used for the compressor’s engine fuel during operation. By implementing our natural gas boosters, wells that are otherwise non-productive can be brought into profitable operation.

Available as towable or skid mounted units, with or without enclosures, all the units offer a small footprint that minimizes site preparation and impact when permanently installed. However, their compact, lightweight portability also renders them easily transportable between wells.

The NGG boosters will accept up to 9 psig suction and compress up to 250 psig discharge. They are supplied turnkey with makeup oil supply for extended unattended operations. A full function gauge panel (electronic on the 5.7), ASME separator tank, and a lockable fiberglass hood (on towable units) are all standard features.

NATURAL GAS WELL BOOSTER

GrimmerSchmidt gas well booster compressors are engineered to reduce the cost of natural gas compression and to dramatically increase productivity.

Small footprint, towable units minimize site preparation and impact. The booster will accept up to 9 psig suction and compress up to 100 psig discharge. Well gas is used as the engine fuel.

Boosters are supplied "turnkey" with makeup oil supply for extended unattended operations. A full suite gauge panel (electronic on the 5.7), ASME separator tank and a lockable fiberglass hood are all standard features. So is forty years of MonoBlock experience.
